You can share your multi-currency card with any adult or with a child over the age of 13 if you are their legal guardian. One card can be shared with one user at a time. Once a card is no longer shared with a particular user, it can be shared with another person.
You can share any multi-currency card you have (a physical and virtual one) ordered after 19.12.2022.
If you are sharing a physical card, please ensure that it does not have cardholder details printed.
A card with the card holder`s details should not be shared with others. The exception is the sharing of the data-printed card only for remote transactions, i.e. online and through tokenisation on the phone.
To share a card with another person, log in to your web portal account, go to the Multi-currency cards tab and enter the details of the card you wish to share. Click on the Share button.
If you are using the mobile app, go to the Dashboard tab, click Card funds, select the card you want to share, then choose Share card option from the list below the card.
Enter the phone number of the person you want to share the card with. Mark your agreement to share your card and accept the Annex to the Terms and Conditions for issuing and using payment cards. Click on the Share button.
Confirm the action with a code sent to your mobile app, phone number or email address.
Done. Sharing enabled. You can inform the user you have indicated how they can assign the card using their profile.
You can disable sharing your card with another person at any time. To do this, log into your account on the web portal, go to the Multi-currency cards tab and enter the details of the card for which you wish to disable sharing. Click the Disable sharing button.
If you are using the mobile app, go to the Dashboard tab, click Card funds, select the card you no longer wish to share. Click on Sharing details.
Click Disable sharing, then confirm the action with a code sent to your mobile app, phone number or email address.
To check who you are sharing your multi-currency cards with, log in to your web portal account, go to the Multi-currency cards tab and enter the details of the card you wish to check.
If you are using the mobile app, go to the Dashboard tab, click Card funds and the card you wish to check.
The information regarding who you share the card with will be visible in the Share with field.
If another person shares the card with you, follow the instructions below.
- If you already have a profile at Conotoxia log into your account. If you do not have an account yet - simply register. The full registration process is described in the Registring section. Go to the Multi-currency cards tab. Click on the Add card button and select the Register card button. In the next step, click on the Don't have a code button. Verify your phone number - enter the confirmation code you will receive via text message. A list will appear with the cards that have been shared with your phone number. Select the cards you wish to add to your Profile, then accept the User Terms and Conditions and Consent and click Next. Done.
- If you do not yet have an account with Conotoxia and wish to use the card shared with you as a business customer, you will first need to set up a business account with Conotoxia. In this case, go to the registration screen and select Business Account. The full registration process is described in the Registration section.
Then go to the Multi-currency cards tab and select the Register card button. In the next step, click on the Don't have a code button. Verify your phone number - enter the confirmation code you will receive via text message. Next, select the cards you want to add to your Profile, then accept the Card User Terms and Conditions and Consent and click Next. Done.
The shared cards are now assigned to your profile. From your profile, you can check the set Spending limit, block or unblock the card, set, check or change the PIN number and see the card details required for payment at selected points.

Please note that as a user of a shared card, you cannot change its spending limit, transaction limits and payment options, top up your account or restrict the card. Please ask the cardholder to do this.
If you are the owner of a card and you share it with another person, you can manage it like any other multi-currency card at any time. To do this, log in to your account on the web portal, go to the Multi-currency cards tab and select the card which settings you want to change.
If you are using the mobile app, go to the Dashboard tab, click on Card funds and select the card.
To change the spending limit, click the Change limit button.
Here you can specify the amount and date of the next increase in your spending limit, set the number of increases and the frequency.
You can also change transaction limits, payment options, your card PIN and manage your card status. You can find out more about this in the Card settings section.
