You can choose a traditional plastic card that comes in white or black. You can also order a virtual card that has no physical form.
You can order the card through your user panel in the portal or directly from the mobile app.
Log in to your account. If you are not our customer yet, you must sign up for free. You will find registration instructions here.
Web Portal
If you are using the portal, go to the tab Multi-currency cards and click the Order a card button. You will find it in the upper right corner. Then select the type of card and click the Order button.
Enter your address data and select the card delivery method, and in the next step, set the PIN code (for a physical card).
On the summary screen, accept the Terms and Conditions by marking the appropriate checkbox. If you want your name to be printed on the physical card, select the appropriate option. Click the Next button.
If there is a card fee (for a physical card), make a deposit by selecting the currency and one of the available payment methods.
Mobile app
If you are using the mobile app, log in to your account. If you don't have a card yet, order one by going to the Dashboard tab.
If you already have a card and want to order another one, go to the Dashboard tab, select Cards funds, and click Add in the Your cards section. Then follow the steps on the screens.
When you order your card, we will ask you to confirm your phone number. If you order a physical card, you will also set a PIN code for the card and specify whether your name should be printed on the card. Please do not forget to verify the correct address of your card to avoid problems with delivery.
You will receive your physical card by post within a few working days after placing and paying for your order. This delivery method does not involve additional charges.
You can also use express courier delivery to any place in the world or inPost parcel service. In this case, we will charge you with delivery costs according to the price list.
If your card has not arrived, please contact our Customer Care Department.
If you choose a virtual card, it will be assigned to your account as soon as the order is placed.
If you cannot order a card, make sure that your profile is verified. Also, the option to order a card can be blocked if too many cards are assigned to your account.
In addition, the service may not yet be available in your country of residence. You can subscribe to an availability notification and in the meantime, use other services on offer.
