Changes to our services operation
Below, we provide the current Conotoxia services status after 16 October 2024. We are working to restore full functionality.
Currently available services:
Currency exchange
- Currency conversion from the bank account and exchange within the currency wallet work without changes.
- It is not possible to pay for currency exchange using express payment methods.
- Standing orders and direct debits are executed without changes.
- Social transactions and currency alerts are available.
Currency wallet
- You can use your currency wallet.
- It is possible to top up the wallet by bank transfer and to withdraw funds to your account.
- Exchanges within the currency wallet are carried out without any changes.
Multi-currency lending service
- You can use the Multi-currency loans service with withdrawal to a bank account.
- The bank account numbers for loans concluded up to 16.10.2024 have been changed.
Invest & Forex
- The service operates without changes.
Services temporarily unavailable:
Money transfers
- It is not possible to execute transfers to other people.
- It is not possible to accept payments via link and BLIK.
- All transfers ordered by 16.10.2024 will be executed.
Multi-currency cards
- Card transactions are not possible.
- Withdrawals to the currency wallet are still possible.
- Ordered returns to the card will be processed unchanged and funds received can be withdrawn to the currency wallet.
- Cards cannot be topped up.
- No new cards can be issued, and no existing cards can be shared.
- It is not possible to register starters.
Online payments (Conotoxia Pay)
- Withdrawal of funds from the Merchant Panel is still possible.
- Payment acceptance service is deactivated: no new payments can be accepted, regardless of method.
Conotoxia Collect
- It is not possible to accept money transfers from partners.
