Virtual card
The virtual card is activated automatically the moment it is added to your account in the portal or mobile app. You can use it right away.
Physical card
Once you have received your physical card, you must activate it in the portal or the dedicated app.
If you are using the portal, go to the Multi-currency cards tab, select the card you want to activate, and then click Activate. Enter the CVV code, which is printed on the back of the card. Confirm the operation by entering the verification code sent to your phone number.
If you use the mobile app, go to the Dashboard tab and click Cards funds. Select the card you want to activate and click Activate. Type in the CVV code that is printed on the back of the card and click Activate card.
The card PIN is a 4-digit code which is used to authorize transactions at the terminal.
You set the physical card PIN when ordering the card. You can define the virtual card PIN at any time in the portal or the app.
Card PIN change
Log in to your account in the portal, go to the Multi-currency cards tab and select the one which PIN you want to change. Click the Change PIN link, then enter new PIN code.
If you use the mobile app, go to the Dashboard tab, click Cards funds, select the card and then choose Change PIN. Enter the new PIN.
After changing the PIN for a physical card, make operation at an ATM to update the PIN saved on the card.
I don't remember the card's PIN
IIf you do not remember your card PIN, you can check it in the portal or the app. To do this, go to the Multi-currency cards tab in the portal, select the card which PIN you want to display, and then click Show PIN.
If you use the mobile app, go to the Dashboard tab, click Cards funds, select the card and then choose Show PIN.
Wrong PIN entered three times
If you enter your PIN three times incorrectly, the card will be blocked for security reasons. We will notify you of this fact. To unblock it, log in to the portal, go to the Multi-currency cards tab, select the blocked card and click the Unlock PIN button.
If you use the mobile app, go to the Dashboard tab, click Cards funds, select the card and then click Unlock PIN.
Want to make a payment online with a physical card, but you don't have it with you? Or perhaps you need to pay with a virtual card and need its full number and CVV?
You can display your card details at any time in the portal or the mobile app.
To do this, log in to your account, go to the Multi-currency cards tab, and then select the one which you want to use.
Click Show card details.On the screen, you will see the full card number, expiry date and CVV code - this information will enable you to execute the transaction. If you use the portal, we may ask you to enter the verification code, sent to your phone number.
If you use the mobile app, go to the Dashboard tab, click Cards funds, select the card you want to pay with and then click Show card details.
For security reasons, you have the option to restrict or block the card.
The blocking of the card is temporary. You can use it if you do not know where your card is, and you are not sure if it has been stolen. This will prevent anyone else from using it. You can disable the lock at any time.
Restricting the card is a one-time and irreversible process that completely disables the use of the card. Use it only if you are sure that the card has been stolen or lost. Even if the card is found, you will not be able to use it.
You can restrict or block the card in the portal or the app. Log in to your account, go to the Multi-currency cards tab and select the card you want to restrict or block. Then select the appropriate option - Temporary block or Restrict card.
If you use the mobile app, go to the Dashboard tab, click Cards funds and select the card you wish to block or restrict. Then click Temporarily block or Restrict card (option only available if the card has first been blocked).
Transactions limits
The card is issued with the default daily and monthly transaction limits set. You can check them and change them at any time in the portal or the app.
To do so, log in to your account, go to the Cards tab and select the card which limits you want to check or change.
The transaction limits will be displayed in the card details. To change them, click Change limits.
If you use the mobile app, go to the Dashboard tab, click Cards funds, select the card and then click Transaction limits.
Types of transactional limits:
- Limit on contactless transactions - defines the maximum amount of non-cash transactions that you can perform on a given day and month at stationery shops. This limit also includes the cashback withdrawals you have made.
- Limit on cash transactions - defines the maximum daily and monthly amount of cash withdrawal transactions that you execute with your card.
- Limit on online transactions - specifies the maximum daily and monthly amount of transactions which you carry out without using the card, giving only the card`s details (e.g. online payments). It is a limit independent of the limit of cashless transactions.
Spending limits
If you want a particular card not to have access to all the funds you have topped up the card with, you can set a Spending limit for it.
The Spending limit is the maximum amount of transactions you can make with a particular card, regardless of the type of transaction. You can freely manage your Spending limit settings via the web portal or app.
If you use the web portal, log in to your account, go to the Multi-currency Cards tab and select the card for which you want to make changes and go to the Spending limit section. If you use the app, simply go to the Card funds tab and select the card for which you want to make changes. From the details list, go to the Spending limit option.
You can enable, disable or change the set Spending limit and set it to renew automatically.
You can change the settings related to payment methods for your card at any time. You can enable and disable contactless payments, foreign payments, online payments and ATM withdrawals.
Contactless payments
After disabling contactless payments, you can make payments at stationery shops by inserting your card at the terminal and confirming the transaction with a PIN.
Foreign payments
Once foreign payments are disabled, we will reject all payments from countries other than your card issuance country. Remember that some shops, despite using your country domains, are registered abroad. If you disable foreign payments, you will lose the ability to make payments there.
Online payments
After turning off online payments, you can only make payments using your card physically. If your card has previously been used to pay for your subscription, we will accept such payments even if you have disabled online transactions.
Cash withdrawals
After disabling cash payments, you can only make cashless payments. You will still be able to withdraw money while shopping through the cashback service.
The settings of payment methods can be changed in the portal or the app. Log in to your account in the portal and then go to the Multi-currency cards tab. Select the card which settings you want to change, then click Change options.
In the mobile app, go to the Dashboard tab, click Cards funds, select the card and then click Payment options.
