The virtual card is activated automatically about 2 hours after it is made available to your account in our portal or the mobile app. We need this time to activate it on all systems.
Once you have received your physical card, you must activate it in the portal or the dedicated app.
If you are using the portal, go to the Multi-currency cards tab, select the card you want to activate, and then click Activate. Enter the CVV code, which is printed on the back of the card. Confirm the operation by entering the verification code sent to your phone number.
If you are using the mobile app, go to the Cards tab, select the card you want to activate and then click Activate. Type in the CVV code that is printed on the back of the card and click Activate card.
The card PIN is a 4-digit code which is used to authorize transactions at the terminal.
You set the physical card PIN when ordering the card. You can define the virtual card PIN at any time in the portal or the app.
Card PIN change
Log in to your account in the portal or the app, go to the cards tab and select the one which PIN you want to change. Click the Change PIN link, then enter your current and new PIN code. After changing the PIN for a physical card, make operation at an ATM to update the PIN saved on the card.
I don't remember the card's PIN
If you do not remember your card PIN, you can check it in the portal or the app. To do this, go to the Cards tabs, select the card which PIN you want to display, and then click Display PIN.
Wrong PIN entered three times
If you enter your PIN three times incorrectly, the card will be blocked for security reasons. We will notify you of this fact. To unblock it, log in to the portal or the app, go to the Cards tab, select the blocked card and click the Unlock PIN button.
Want to make a payment online with a physical card, but you don't have it with you? Or perhaps you need to pay with a virtual card and need its full number and CVV?
You can display your card details at any time in the portal or the mobile app.
To do this, log in to your account, go to the Cards tab, and then select the one which you want to use.
Click Show card details. On the screen, you will see the full card number, expiry date and CVV code - this information will enable you to execute the transaction. If you use the portal, we may ask you to enter the verification code, sent to your phone number.
For security reasons, you have the option to restrict or block the card.
The blocking of the card is temporary. You can use it if you do not know where your card is, and you are not sure if it has been stolen. This will prevent anyone else from using it. You can disable the lock at any time.
Restricting the card is a one-time and irreversible process that completely disables the use of the card. Use it only if you are sure that the card has been stolen or lost. Even if the card is found, you will not be able to use it.
You can restrict or block the card in the portal or the app. Log in to your account, go to the Cards tab and select the card you want to restrict or block.
Then select the appropriate option - Restrict card or Temporary block.
The card is issued with the default daily transaction limits set. You can check them and change them at any time in the portal or the app.
To do so, log in to your account, go to the Cards tab and select the card which limits you want to check or change.
The transaction limits will be displayed in the card details (select Card limits in the mobile app). To change them, click Save limits.
Types of transactional limits:
- Limit on contactless transactions - defines the maximum amount of non-cash transactions that you can perform on a given day at stationery shops. This limit also includes the cashback withdrawals you have made.
- Limit on cash transactions - defines the maximum daily amount of cash withdrawal transactions that you execute with your card.
- Limit on online transactions - specifies the maximum daily amount of transactions which you carry out without using the card, giving only the card's details (e.g. online payments). It is a limit independent of the limit of cashless transactions.
You can change the settings related to payment methods for your card at any time. You can enable and disable contactless payments, foreign payments, online payments and ATM withdrawals.
After disabling contactless payments, you can make payments at stationery shops by inserting your card at the terminal and confirming the transaction with a PIN.
Once foreign payments are disabled, we will reject all payments from countries other than your card issuance country. Remember that some shops, despite using your country domains, are registered abroad. If you disable foreign payments, you will lose the ability to make payments there.
After turning off online payments, you can only make payments using your card physically. If your card has previously been used to pay for your subscription, we will accept such payments even if you have disabled online transactions.
After disabling cash payments, you can only make cashless payments. You will still be able to withdraw money while shopping through the cashback service.
The settings of payment methods can be changed in the portal or the app. Log in to your account and then go to the cards tab. Select the card which settings you want to change, then click Change options (if you are using the portal) or Payment options (if you are using the app).
