Account with us: free
In case of transactions from a bank account, we do not charge commission for these transactions within Poland (except for a transfer to Getin Bank). Fees are based on the internal price list of the user’s bank.
Transfers to and from banks that are on our account list are free. Exceptions:
mBank transfers to us in a currency other than PLN are charged. Price list is available from mBank. The rest of the transfers are free.
VeloBank Transfers in foreign currency from us are made through various banks. A fee of 10 PLN + additional fee for the intermediary bank. See more. The rest of the transfers are free.
Bank BPS S.A. charges a fee related to the execution of currency transfers. Transfers made in PLN may also be charged.
Other Polish banks:
Transfers in banks not listed above are processed via various banks. In most cases sending and receiving transfers in PLN are free of change. Transfers in foreign currencies, both to and from us, may be charged with a fee. Please check with your bank.
For transfers in USD, an additional fee will be charged by STANDARD CHARTERED BANK or another intermediary bank in the amount ranging from 25 to 50 USD. For transfers in other foreign currencies, additional fees may also arise as a result of the intermediary banks' involvement.
A one-off fee for activating the service of 5 PLN is charged to the first transaction.
A fee of 2 PLN will be charged for each attempt to withdraw funds from a bank.
Express payments are executed immediately. The commission in the case of sending funds to a bank account is 0.2% (min. 0.99 - max. 250 PLN). In addition, depending on the payment method, a fee will be added. Payment services are provided by Conotoxia Sp. z o.o.
The commission is charged in the Currency Paid-in, and the conversion of the fee is made at the Conotoxia.com exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
