1. To initiate a transfer select Money transfer.
2. Read the Terms and Conditions of Payment Services. If it is the first time you are sending money with us, make sure you accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. Choose a recipient from the list or add a new one by clicking Add recipient.
4. Click Next.
5. If you are ordering your first transaction, fill in the displayed information.
6. Enter the amount you would like to send.
7. Select the currency the recipient will receive and enter the amount (optional).
8. Choose your payment method: from a bank account or with a payment card.
9. If you have selected transfer from a bank account, select the account from which you will fund the transaction. Next, confirm the statement: 'I agree to the withdrawal of funds from my bank account in order to complete the transaction '.
10. If you have decided to pay by credit card, select the right card from the list and enter the CVC / CVV number. If you have not yet added a card, click New Card and fill in the required data. Then click Confirm. You can also save this card for future payments. To do this, click on the checkbox: Remember this card for my next payment.
11. Enter the additional information: Purpose of transaction and optionally the Transfer title that will be displayed to the recipient
12. Click Calculate, to check the current exchange rate and any transfer fees.
13. The displayed rate is only valid for 60 seconds. This is the amount of time that you have to check the rate and execute the transfer. If you do not accept the exchange rate, you can click Calculate after 60 seconds or opt out of the transfer.
14. If you accept the rate and want to execute the transfer, click Execute.
15. Your transfer has been ordered.
