The unemployment is at its lowest since before 2011. And still the best is yet to come for the employees.
The character of the unemployment is strictly seasonal. That makes defining the direction of the movements of labor market difficult to some extent, but if these seasonal factors are deducted, it is clearly visible that the unemployment declines constantly since August 2013. This drop lasts for 13 months now.
The last time the trend was reversed, the unemployment was dropping for over 60 months straight. It was from November, 2003 until October, 2008. Although the historical analogies are to be taken with reserve, some factors indicate further decline of the unemployment.
