The stratospheric baloon with the Cinkciarz One mission was sent over 18 miles above the ground from the airport in Przylep near Zielona Gora on the October 5. On the capsule’s board were euros, dollars, Swiss francs, British pounds, zlotys, Czech korunas, Mexican pesos, Bulgarian stolinki and Russian roubles.
The temperature sensor have registered minus 46 degrees Celsius. The professional cameras have shot a series of pictures and filmed a video of a flight.
The baloon have reached 21.2 miles in the 94-minutes climb phase. After that the capsule landed near Leszno after the 36-minutes descent by parachute. Thanks to three independent tracing systems the capsule had been tracked and the load was secured.
