The notification by the owner of Conotoxia Holding led to a prosecutor's investigation into the case of abuse of power by officials of the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority (KNF).
The proceedings with the reference number 3043-2 Ds.4.2025 are being conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Jelenia Gora, Poland, appointed by the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Wroclaw, Poland. The investigation is essential in clarifying the shocking case of our company's payment licence being revoked.
Currently, we are awaiting the results of the prosecutor's actions. We will inform you about any new findings to the extent the law permits. Our position is that the KNF not only broke the current regulations but also misled customers and sent false notifications, resulting in blocking our company accounts.
Moreover, due to a serious violation of EU regulations, including the right to banking secrecy, financial data protection and the principles of economic freedom in the European Union's single market, this case is also being referred to the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) and the European Commission to initiate an investigation into the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority.
