During the activities of the Central Investigation Bureau of Police (CBŚP) officers and the prosecutor's office, significant amounts of cash in various currencies and valuable objects were stolen. These activities were illegal and violated fundamental ethical principles and property rights. The accumulated property was obtained legally from our many years of hard work.
On December 30, 2024, the searches of our private properties and the warehouse where we kept dozens of cardboard boxes and suitcases with our personally owned property were completed. As owners of Cinkciarz.pl and Conotoxia.com web platform, we strongly condemn the appalling facts concerning the conduct of the officers of the Central Investigation Bureau of Police and the prosecutor's office, which we disclose below.
Intentional switching off of the monitoring system
During the search of our property on Bezowa Street in Zielona Gora, Poland, officers of the CBŚP, acting on the order of the public prosecutor's office, intentionally disconnected the 24-hour monitoring system covering both the interior of the house and its surroundings. This action took place approximately three hours before the end of the search, despite the clear objections of our legal representative, who insisted that disconnecting the cameras was unjustified and violated basic standards of procedure. We also offered to provide the recordings the following day if necessary, but both the attorney and the officers rejected this offer.
Removing the monitoring equipment on October 28, 2024, and the subsequent shutdown of the system constitutes a clear violation of laws and regulations that protect property and ensure transparency in law enforcement. We firmly believe that these actions were intentionally aimed at concealing the theft of our property.
In countries adhering to the standards of a civilised state under the rule of law, officers are required to use mobile cameras to record the entirety of the search to ensure transparency and integrity of operations.
The monitoring system was not returned until December 31, 2024, and only then was full surveillance of our property restored. These actions are difficult to understand and raise serious doubts about their intentions and compliance with current legislation.
Missing millions
With outrage, we note that significant amounts of cash - PLN 1.2 million, USD 855,000 and EUR 260,000 - which are legally accumulated funds earned by us during 15 years of intensive activity in the development of the Cinkciarz.pl and Conotoxia.com web platform, were not included in the search protocols.
Flash drives and Bitcoins
Officers also seized six memory sticks on which cryptocurrency wallets were stored. The memory sticks contained access data to 33 Bitcoin cryptocurrency wallets, totaling 492 BTC. These belonged to Marcin Pioro, an individual who has acquired Bitcoins since 2015.
So-called "security" of 500 items
In our opinion, the actions of the public prosecutor's office and the CBŚP were purely for propaganda purposes. The Prosecutor secured approximately 500 private, second-hand items, mainly clothes and shoes, which have no connection with the ongoing investigation. Approximately 95 percent of these items were women's items, which, in our opinion, were intended to create the appearance of a spectacular operation and to mislead the public. At the same time, the most valuable property was de facto stolen.
Additionally, it is surprising that, despite the already numerous summonses, CBŚP officers arrived several times to 'complete the search', although it could have been carried out in just 2-3 days (in a continuous manner) and ended in the first week of November 2024. We believe that the deliberate prolongation of these activities to almost eight weeks was only intended to conceal the theft that had been carried out.
Attempts of corruption and blackmail by CBŚP
We were outraged to learn of attempts by CBŚP officers to blackmail and corrupt our employees to obtain confidential information. This type of action is morally reprehensible and a serious violation of the law.
Official notification of a criminal offence
In view of the situation, we are submitting an official notification to the National Public Prosecutor's Office and the Minister of Justice, requesting that action be taken to prosecute those responsible for this scandalous procedure. We also demand the immediate suspension of the prosecutor until the case is fully investigated and the removal from duty of all CBŚP officers involved in the searches.
We call on the National Public Prosecutor's Office to immediately search the workplaces and private properties of those responsible for these actions to secure all evidence and rule out the possibility of concealing irregularities.
We strongly condemn the violation of our rights and property and expect transparency in the proceedings and consequences for those responsible.
We demand the immediate return of our property
We demand the immediate return of all private belongings, plundered funds, valuables, flash drives with Bitcoins and the unblocking of bank accounts belonging to Cinkciarz.pl, a company within Conotoxia Holding, illegally seized by the authorities.
As a business, we have always worked closely with law enforcement agencies, ensuring full transparency and compliance with the law. Unfortunately, in the face of such a flagrant abuse of powers and a clear violation of our property, we feel obliged to react firmly for the sake of our clients, the company's reputation and the trust we have worked for over 15 years.
