The European Commission presented quite an oprimistic forecast of growth for the European Union and the eurozone. The factors which launched the recovery are low petrol prices, quite good data from the world economy and the euro weakening. However, not all countries produced optimistic data - the forecasts for Greece have been significantly cut.
