The IMF, just a week ago, revised downward the GDP estimates for Germany from 1.9 to 1.3 per cent for 2019. Today the Ministry of Economy pushed the forecast much lower with an estimate at 1 per cent of growth for the whole of 2019. What is happening to the one of world's largest economy?
