Transactions from a bank account

This guide will navigate you through making a transaction from a bank account.

1. In order to make a bank account transaction, select Currency exchange from the side menu. Next click 'Exchange currency.'

2. Select 'Bank account transaction.'

3. In the 'I have' section, select the currency and amount that you would like to send (if you know the exact amount you want to exchange).

4. Select or add the bank account that you would like to use to make the transfer.

5. I the 'I want' section, select the currency and amount the recipient will receive (if you have not already entered the amount in the 'I have' section).

6. Select or add the bank account number where you want the money to go.

7. If you have a discount code you will find it below in the Your discounts section. You can select the code if you have one assigned to your profile or enter the code yourself.

8. You can additionally enter an individual description of the transfer in the Additional Information area.

9. Click 'Check rate', to check the current exchange rate.

10. The rate is only valid for 15 seconds.This is the amount of time that you have to check the rate and execute the transfer. If you do not accept the exchange rate, you can click 'Check rate' after the specified time or opt out of the transaction.

11. If you accept the rate and want to execute the transfer, click 'Execution'.

12. Log in to your online bank account and make a transfer using the details from the Transfer data section. Should you have problems with making the transfer, please visit your bank's website for help.

13. Next to the field in question, click the Copy button and then, in the form for defining a transfer in your bank, press Ctrl+V or hover the cursor over the field, use the right mouse button and select Paste. Proceed in this way with all the fields in the form. Make sure that the transfer title has been entered correctly.

14. If you can use QR code scanning in your bank's mobile app and the transaction you have ordered from your Polish bank account concerns PLN, it is possible to scan the QR code visible on the screen. After scanning, all the transfer data will be filled in automatically. Remember to check the accuracy of the copied data.
