Send a transfer
1. To initiate a transfer select Money transfer.
2. Read the Terms and Conditions of Payment Services. If it is the first time you are sending money with us, make sure you accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. Choose a recipient from the list. If the recipient has multiple predefined transfer routes, select the one you want to use.
4. Select the method of sending the funds: email address, phone number or bank account.
5. Click Next.
6. Select the currency you would like to send and enter the amount (if you know the exact amount in the base currency).
7. Select the currency the recipient will receive and optionally enter the amount (if you have not entered the amount in the previous step).
8. Select the payment method: currency wallet, bank account, credit or debit card or online payment (Entercash, iDeal, Sofort etc.).
9. If you have selected transfer from a bank account, select your account from which you will fund the transaction. Next, confirm the statement: Please be aware that by clicking the Execution button, you are confirming that the transaction is binding and that you agree with the penalty fee. If you don't complete this transaction, Conotoxia may charge you a fee for initiating a transaction without following it through, as described in the Terms and Conditions.
10. In case of a card payment, select your card from the list and enter the CVC / CVV number. If you have not yet added a card, click Add a new card and fill in the required data. Then click Confirm. You can also save this card for future payments. To do this, click on the checkbox: Remember this card for my next payment.
11. If you have decided to pay online, select Entercash, iDeal, Sofort etc. and indicate your bank in the list. Click Confirm.
12. If your transaction requires currency exchange and you have an active discount code, it will be displayed automatically. You can also enter the code manually, after selecting the enter discount code option.
13. You can enter your own transfer title, which will enable the recipient to identify the transfer.
14. Click Calculate, to check the current exchange rate (if currencies will be converted) and the transfer fee.
15. The rate is only valid for 15 seconds. This is the amount of time that you have to check the rate and execute the transaction. If you do not accept the exchange rate, you can click Calculate after the specified time or withdraw from the transfer.
16. If you accept the rate and want to execute the transfer, click Execution.
17. Enter the authentication code received via email or text message or confirm the operation in the mobile app (if you are using mobile authorization). The action is not required for a trusted recipient.
18. If you have decided to send money from your currency wallet, then your transfer has been ordered. If you are making a transaction from a bank account, go through the next steps.
19. Log in to your online bank account and make a transfer to us using the details from the Transfer data section. Should you encounter problems with sending funds to us, please visit your bank's website for further assistance.
20. Click Copy next to the fields containing the bank details and press {Ctrl + V} or right-click on the field and select Paste in the appropriate spaces. Proceed as indicated.
21. If you can use QR code scanning in your bank's mobile app and the transaction you have ordered from your Polish bank account concerns PLN, it is possible to scan the QR code visible on the screen. After scanning, all the transfer data will be filled in automatically. Remember to check the accuracy of the copied data.
