This dynamically developing IT company from Zielona Góra invites every volunteer to participate in their summer internship program. However, a full-time job will only be offered for those who can show unique skills and potential.

At the beginning of your path to an internship with Cinkciarz.pl, you will get the chance to know the company a little better. A meeting at the company’s headquarters is the perfect opportunity to see the working environment where innovative projects are created. The presentation of equipment and mobile apps gives candidates a full picture the ambitious tasks that await a future Cinkciarz.pl programmer. Afterwards, a candidate’s skills regarding programming basics and a particular programming language (consistent with the candidate’s interests) are verified with a test. Those whose results are positive are invited for an interview which would determine whether they will be hired for the internship or not.

Everyone can program

Potential interns have to know at least one programming language (Java, C#, PHP, JavaScript, Swift). This criterion is crucial, which means that IT students are not the only potential employees that this offer is aimed at. Here, skills are more important than education.

Moreover, interns can rest assured that they won’t be forced to make coffee or manage a copy machine. The internship allows them to utilize the latest solutions and trends in the IT sector, as well as to improve their programming skills. After a three-month preparation period, interns receive a chance to take on a job as a junior developer. One of the most interesting perspectives for interns is the opportunity to participate in developing artificial intelligence projects, which are based on Big Data.
