Secured customer - good practices

How to prevent becoming a victim of fraud? What rules should you follow? How to protect funds and data against fraud? Bear in mind that one of the key factors that significantly impact the security of payment services is customer awareness, knowledge, and behaviour. Our solutions and security measures meet the highest standards, are audited and tested. Fraudsters know that the weakest link in the process may be the security on the customer side. Therefore, the security of your funds depends on you as well. Below you will find the basic guidelines, so help us and ensure your safety and follow them.

  • We advise you to authorise operations and payment orders on the portal using the mobile app or a text message with a code. You can change the authorisation method in the Profile settings.
