Chief Compliance Officer

Job location:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • develop, initiate, maintain and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct;
  • management of the day-to-day operation of the Program;
  • develop and periodically review and update the Code of Conduct to ensure continual accuracy and relevance in providing guidance to management and employees;

Position Summary

The CFO is a key member of the US management team of money service business Conotoxia, Inc (CXUS) and Conotoxia Holding, Inc. (CHUS). The role is responsible for building out and managing the North American Financial Control (operations), Treasury, Financial and Regulatory reporting, Money Transmitter Licensing, Accounting, and HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the financial strategy of the company

Deputy AML Compliance Director

Job location:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • assist with the development and management of a compliance sign-off process for each department,
  • assist in the development of compliance initiatives and programs to comply with the respective legal, licensing, and regulatory obligations
