Head of Trading - Limassol

Job location:

Limassol, Cyprus

If you join us, you will:

  • prepare, edit and initiate up-to-date reports for the company;
  • carry out trade surveillance and transaction monitoring;
  • improve and supervise our transaction systems;
  • build up and manage relationships with financial institutions;
  • implement new systems and configure updates for the purpose of trading operations, risk management and new market/product launches;
  • initiate, implement and supervise company procedures.

We expect:

  • university degree in economics/IT;
  • advanced Cysec certificate;
  • at least 5 years of experience in a financial institution;
  • advanced knowledge of capital markets (especially Forex),
  • very good knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/5, cTrader and others);
  • vast knowledge of Trading Support Tools (Bloomberg, Reuters and others);
  • fluent English.

Global CFO

Job location:

Europe

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the financial strategy of the Group

  • Ensure appropriate cash flow for the organization’s operations
  • Monitor affiliate outsourced financial control work processes
  • Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the Group
  • Propose action plans to ensure meeting annual financial targets
  • Ensure preparation of periodic budgets for the Group
  • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
  • Provide advice and guidance to the board of directors on how to increase revenue and reduce costs

Support the CEO with raising equity and debt financing for the Group

  • 5 years corporate accounting experience including consolidations
  • 10 years experience supervising at least 15 employees including objective setting, periodic reviews, and employee development
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  • Experience in debt and equity capital raisings
  • Experience in communicating with investors
  • Expert level spreadsheet, database, and reporting skills
